Backstrom McCarley Berry & Co., LLC (BMcB) was
formed in June of 2002 to provide specialized public finance advisory
services to state and local governments along with special districts
and financing authorities. The firm is organized as a LLC owned
and managed by its three principals. On March 6, 2003, BMcB was
approved for membership with the NASD and thereby allowed to expand
on its previously offered services. BMcB is approved with the
NASD as a municipal securities broker dealer, non-profit securities
broker dealer, and government securities broker dealer. BMcB is
a minority owned small business certified as a Disadvantaged Business
Enterprise.

BMcB’s principals, Vincent McCarley, Leonard Berry, and
Don Backstrom, have had the opportunity to work together as a
team for over eight years. Additionally, the firm’s professionals
have more than 115 years of collective experience in public finance.
With its main office in San Francisco, CA and a
branch office in Indianapolis, Indiana, the primary focus of BMcB
is the underwriting, sales, and trading of Municipal Debt, as
well as providing financial advisory services to public sector
clients. Proud of its capabilities, BMcB, although not one of
